A PRESIDENT CAUGHT IN THE ACT
28 June 2017 – We released a compelling case document compiled in an effort to convince Parliament and other organs of state, including the Constitutional Court if need be, to have Jacob Zuma removed as the President of South Africa.
GUPTAS AND BANK OF BARODA
13 July 2017 – We closed the taps on the Guptas’ finances by taking action against their banks, the Bank of Baroda and the State Bank of India, for failure to comply with the banking laws.
FAITH MUTHAMBI TREASON CHARGES
17 July 2017 – We laid charges of treason against Minister of Communications Faith Muthambi.
MOSEBENZI ZWANE TREASON CHARGES
24 July 2017 – We laid charges of treason against minister Mosebenzi Zwane, for actively aiding state capture and causing massive financial loss to South Africa
RICHARD SELEKE TREASON CHARGES
28 July 2017 – We laid charges of treason against the DG of Public Enterprises, Richard Seleke.
NPA / HAWKS ACTION
31 July 2017 – We filed a case against the Hawks and the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) aimed at forcing them to do their jobs on the investigation into massive corruption at the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA).
GUPTA FAMILY CHARGES
3 August 2017 – We laid charges of treason, racketeering, extortion, fraud and forgery against the Gupta brothers and Duduzane Zuma in connection with allegations of state capture.
BRIAN MOLEFE & BEN NGUBANE CHARGES
3 August 2017 – We laid charges of fraud and financial misconduct against Eskom’s former Chief Executive, Brian Molefe, and former Chairman of the board, Ben Ngubane.
MARK PAMENSKY CHARGES
14 August 2017 – We laid charges of corruption and abuse of his position as a director against former Eskom director Mark Pamensky at the Brooklyn Police Station.

29 August 2017 – We laid charges of corruption and financial misconduct against Eskom’s suspended Chief Financial Officer, Anoj Singh.

1st September 2017 – We laid charges against Denel chairman, Dan Mantsha.

14th September 2017 – We have laid charges of treason, corruption, extortion, fraud and theft against Malusi Gigaba as former Minister of Home Affairs.
MATSHELA KOKO CHARGES
5th October 2017 – We have laid criminal charges regarding corruption and fraud against suspended Eskom executive Matshela Koko after building a strong case with significant evidence regarding his transgressions.
