This is a positive step which opens the door in engaging and working with the municipality to resolve service delivery issues.

This engagement ensures our supporters that we are officially recognised within the framework of local government legislation which enables us to be a public representative for our supporters in the business of local government.

OUTA is a proudly South African civil action organisation, that is purely crowd funded. Our work is supported by ordinary citizens who are passionate about holding government accountable and ensuring our taxes are used to the benefit of all South Africans.
